 TO SUPPORT PEOPLE WITH CHRONIC DISEASES, DISABILITY OR DEPENDENCY AND THEIR CARERS 

Aims:

- To promote the improvement of the quality of life, the equity and social inclusion of people with chronic diseases, disability or dependency and their carers

- To  encourage their resilience and personal development through artistic and cultural creation, through mutual support.

The association will pay special attention to people affected by Congenital Hepatic Fibrosis (CHF).

ASOCIACIÓN JOSÉ LUIS SÁNCHEZ REINÓN,

DE APOYO A LAS PERSONAS CON ENFERMEDADES CRÓNICAS, DISCAPACIDAD O DEPENDENCIA Y SUS CUIDADORAS/ES

Fines:

- Promover la mejora de la calidad de vida, la equidad y la inclusión social de las personas con enfermedades crónicas, discapacidad o dependencia y sus cuidadoras(es).

- Fomentar su resiliencia y desarrollo personal a través de la creación artística y cultural, y el apoyo mutuo.

La asociación atenderá de manera especial a las personas afectadas por Fibrosis Hepática Congénita (FHC).
